Terms & Conditions
Reservations are subject to approval, please treat all bookings as provisional until we send you confirmation via email. We require a non-refundable 30% deposit (or full payment) of the cost of your stay to secure a booking. Bookings must be paid in full 4 weeks before your stay. If the booking is less than 4 weeks from the date of your stay the full price of the stay is required.
Group Bookings
A £200 non refundable deposit is required to secure bookings of 10 or more guests, with the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. We also require a £100 security deposit for groups of 10 or more which will be refunded within 48 hours of check - out, providing no damage has occurred. Group bookings cancelled within 6 weeks of arrival are non refundable.
Arrival
Please advise us of your intended arrival time, and if possible update us en-route.
Check in is from 3pm until 7pm, if you require a late check in please request this prior to your arrival.
Upon arrival please wait inside your vehicle and call the number(s) provided, a member of staff will be with you as soon as possible.
Your tent is situated 1/4 mile from our secure car park, which is covered and monitored by 24 hour CCTV.
We will then transport you and your luggage from your car, to your tent in our 4x4 jeep.
Check out on the day of departure is until 1pm.
Cancellations
The 30% deposit payable upon booking is non-refundable. If you cancel your stay within 4 weeks of your arrival date, we will not refund any monies paid. We will, however, endeavour to reschedule your booking if possible.
In the unlikely event that we cancel your holiday, we will refund all monies paid to us, including deposit, within 14 days of notifying you.
In the event that external events, such as weather warnings, high winds and flooding, result in us cancelling your stay, you will be offered a voucher , or to reschedule.
Please note that we are a working farm, our animals roam freely so may come to say hello at any point during your stay!
In the unlikely event that TOG Farm are (for any reason) uncomfortable with your booking/stay, we reserve the right to cancel any booking(s) at anytime, and you will be asked to leave the site.
We request you familiarise yourself with local COVID-19 guidelines.
During your stay at TOG Farm you agree to be responsible for yourself, and any animals and/or children in your care.
You agree to take all reasonable precaution against personal injury, injury to others and damage to TOG Farm. Children and animals must be supervised at ALL times.
TOG Farm accepts no liability for the theft, loss or damage of any personal property.
Due to the nature of the site, we may have to remove items of the site for health & safety. This primarily relates to our igloo domes, and marquees.
